“As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in New Jersey, I provide Substance Abuse Evaluations, Custody Neutral Assessments, Individual Counseling, and Clinical Supervision.”

Therapy and Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is a process where a trained professional, such as a therapist or counselor, works with a person to help them address personal distress. I offer confidential, professional therapy and counseling services to individuals in a safe and supportive environment.

Custody Neutral Assessments

A Custody Neutral Assessment (“CNA”), is a type of alternative-dispute resolution method available to help litigants and the Courts gain insights and determine issues that are preventing litigants from resolving their child related and co-parenting issues. A CNA recommends to the Court steps that can be taken to resolve the issues between litigants, always taking into consideration the best interest of the children.

Substance Abuse Evaluations

If you’ve gotten into trouble for a drug offense, you will likely be required to complete a substance abuse evaluation to satisfy legal or school requirements. A substance abuse evaluation is used to determine the extent of your substance use and whether treatment is required. Ella McAllister, LCSW, LCADC specializes in Court Ordered Substance Abuse Evaluations.

I travel Statewide for Custody Neutral Assessments and Substance Abuse Evaluations if litigants are not able to travel to me.
