Custody Neutral Assessments

A Custody Neutral Assessment (“CNA”), is a type of alternative-dispute resolution method available to help litigants and the Courts gain insights and determine issues that are preventing litigants from resolving their child related and co-parenting issues. A CNA recommends to the Court steps that can be taken to resolve the issues between litigants, always taking into consideration the best interest of the children.

Substance Abuse Evaluations

If you’ve gotten into trouble for a drug offense, you will likely be required to complete a substance abuse evaluation to satisfy legal or school requirements.
